The Wynne Public School District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of a bid or any and all bids, and to waive minor technicalities and to award the bid to best serve the interests of the Wynne Public Schools.

According to Arkansas Law, Act 2161 of 2005, to ensure ethics in the public school procurement process, any vendor wanting to submit a proposal or bid to a school must complete the form that can be found at the link below. This form should be attached to the proposal or bid.
